As all you know, it is highlighted in WHO 2008 report that healthcare delivery systems have better outcomes when built on primary healthcare, that is, both the primary healthcare model that emphasizes locally appropriate action across the range of social determinants. In order to achieve quality healthcare service delivery, family doctors are critical link in the infrastructure of a well-functioning, coordinated, cost-effective health service delivery with care that represents a judicious balance of quality, equity and relevance.
